As healthcare becomes more transparent and has to post its own quality scores online will the reviews from independent sites be a concern for hospitals.  As is pointed out in the eWeek article, these independent review sites and apps can be gamed with bad reviews.  It may be that hospitals view these sites as low quality feedback as indicator to their services.  However, these sites may be worth tracking to see if there are any trends being submitted about their services or physicians.
