Customer-driven IT is the single most admired trait of all 21 companies in the list.

Why this shouldn’t be a surprise for successful companies it is the biggest challenge for a lot of large IT departments.  Organizations who want to have successful IT departments need to be asking themselves if they have leadership in place that is “customer focused”.  If they don’t then they may struggle to gain customer support.
