If you are an enterprise professional then you are probably familiar with the Microsoft Premiere service. Most likely you have used the service when you have had a major outage or issues affecting your company. While the Premiere Support for major issues is very valuable there are other services within your company’s agreement that should be taken advantage of on a yearly basis. These extra services are very proactive and can give you a more in depth view of the Microsoft solutions you support on a daily basis. Having participated in several of these services (risk assessments, health checks, workshops, chalk talks) over the past year, I highly recommend you contact your premiere representative to discuss.
